Decatur police said they shot a man who pointed a crossbow at officers Wednesday morning at a downtown building.

Police shot and wounded a suspect Wednesday morning after he allegedly pointed a crossbow at officers, authorities said. Officers with the Decatur Police Department were dispatched at about 9:22 a.m.
