My thoughts on reward charts? I don’t use them because if you're rewarded for good behavior, for one thing, they're going to expect a reward every time they're nice and they do something good, which is ridiculous, because that's not life. Also, it's like saying you're normally rotten but if you should happen to be good you get a reward. I do not reward good behavior because that is my baseline expectation. I just expect it.
