Two patients I saw this week 👇 One had a ‘bad’ X-ray and very little pain — they just wanted rehab. The other had minimal X-ray changes but a lot of pain. This is why scans are only one small part of the picture. Pain is influenced by things like stress, sleep, activity levels, nutrition and confidence in movement — not just what shows up on imaging.
